Nice address at the grain market. Welcoming, dynamic and smiling team. Prepared and well prepared raw fish and meat preparations. Original flavors with well-chosen products. Beautiful place, and we recommend.

Express passage Wednesday afternoon in the pink city. So I took the opportunity to go to lunch in a small place that had an excellent reputation near Place Dupuy. The lunch formula (3 courses for 23 euros!) being particularly interesting, I enjoyed a starter of Beef Tartare with Chestnut, accompanied by onions preserved in maple syrup, creamy mushrooms , pretty pieces of hazelnut and chanterelle pickles. A large squash ravioli with Ricotta, walnuts and roasted oyster mushrooms complemented by a Pecorino pepper cream was my main course and to finish for dessert, a small tender biscuit called Hazelnut Dacquoise and milk chocolate Ganache.
